How can light, textile materiality and an intuitive interface be related to each other in order to examine spatial perception and interaction? The work understands furniture as a design research system in which touch and light act as central interfaces. A textile interface acts as a sensitive touch space and opens up an exploration of atmosphere as a communicative quality of space. Each interaction is simultaneously an experience of material, a positioning of the body in space and a change in the lighting mood.
